If Kawhi goes to the Lakers, something is broken in the NBA

Admittedly, I'm not a Laker fan, nor a LeBron fan - but I am an NBA fan, and I enjoy watching competitive games.

But 3 out of the top 5 players in the NBA on the same team? That is unprecedented, and not good for the game.

If it happens, I will be watching a lot less NBA basketball.

I agree but that's what the NBA is turning into....who can create the best "super team". Le Bron started all of this when he joined the Heat and Wade and Bosh. Those 3 at that time were pretty dominant and look what they did. Warriors same thing when Durant went there honestly no teams were going to compete with them...Warriors have been on top past 4-5 years it's time for new blood. The league needs that new super team. Le Bron has 2-3 years left...guarantee he gets 1 more title before he goes away from the game. Lakers will surround him with the best possible players to get it done

in 2019 it is racists and offensive to not want to be on a superteam

Leonard seems like he has too much respect for himsself - sure James and Durant would turn gay tricks for a title but Leonard just seems like in his mind, "I am the title" - kinda like Jordan

NBA is a joke. This is one of the reasons, overpaid spoiled superstars jockeying to get to a team they desire, constant conversation about these guys. Oh, poor LeBron, he did not have enough support this season.

I truly never watch, though when I heard Toronto turned it around & figured out Milwaukee, and then played an overrated and injured GS team, I bet them mid Milwaukee series & all of the GS series, and watched parts of some of the games.

ESPN is sickening, slobbering over the league, the players, giving low coverage of other sports (like NHL, college baseball WS) to glorify NBA free agents or LeBron's latest whining.

I truly do not understand why so many STILL support the NBA, pay top $$$ to attend, to see these players.

Top 10 players need to be slotted to 10 different teams at minimum.

I hope the NBA makes a mockey of this and gets 4 of the top 5 players on a team.

Also a hard cap would fix this. There is essentially no salary cap as long as owner is good with paying a ton of tax

Hard cap is what makes the NFL all around competitive.

I think super teams are good for the NBA. Gives the fans a team to LOVE and HATE and that will bring ratings.

When Lebron went back to Cleveland, I was rooting for the CAVS to lose so i was watching every minute of the NBA finals. Once he got a ring, i stopped caring.

If the lakers pull this "big 3" people will watch

I have to admit I'll be surprised if he goes.

He seems like a down to Earth guy with a decent personality.

Doesn't seem to fit.

He should consider Golden State if they can make it happen.

He wins a title in Toronto by being the main guy. I doubt he wants to go to the Lakers and deal with Lebrons ego

If he goes to the Clips the Laker/Clippers games would be a great rivalry

well the Warriors have had 2 of the top 3 players for years now, and really they probably have 4 of the top 15. Thats pretty ridiculous.

It's a good thing none of these players are fraternizing and recruiting. That would be against league rules.

True that. Kevin Durant to the warriors made a lot of people stop watching already.
